Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped with Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

We offer FREE shipping to UK MAINLAND orders over £50 (This excludes Northern Ireland, IOM, Jersey, Guernsey, IOW)

Our usual shipping time is 2-3 days for the UK, 5-7 day for Europe, 5-10 days for International locations

PLEASE NOTE - we CANNOT guarantee turn around or delivery times during busy periods. Please allow more time before contacting us.

During the Black Friday Sale period, please allow up to 10 days for your order to be processed. This is due to the high volume of orders. 

Additional Charges

Customer may be subject to VAT charges and Customs Duty in their country

Any importations costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will not accept any responsibility for the items if you choose NOT to pay the customs and duty fees that your country has charged you.

Please ensure you know your countries regulations on importing goods. If an item is removed due to the rules, we do not hold responsibility, and any charges incurred will be down to the customer to cover.
